My name is Maribeth Olafioye, I'm a human first.
I'm interested in the intersection of AI and behaviour change, and we explore this in the episodes. I've worked in the change and transformation space for nearly a decade. It has been rewarding but also incredibly challenging. Along the way, I’ve experienced bias, exclusion, microaggressions and even bullying. Yet I’m still standing, thanks to the strong support system around me. I'm now going back to pursue further studies in AI and behaviour change as a doctoral student at Imperial College London. At one point, I thought I was the only one going through this. But after speaking to others, I realised I wasn’t alone. That truth became the spark behind Inclusive Change Clinic and the launch of these episodes to raise awareness of the many biases still present in workplaces and their real impact on lives.
We speak to everyday people, leaders and innovators to bring those stories to light. We also offer practical solutions to help leadership and teams build inclusive working environments where everyone feels valued, respected and able to thrive.Bias awareness is the start of inclusive change. It opens the door to honest conversations, accountability and growth. Through these episodes, we explore the small moments that often go unnoticed, the assumptions, the silencing, the lack of trust, and the big consequences they carry. With the rise of AI and cobots in the workplace, it’s never been more important to prioritise inclusive cultures where people come first.
